What happened across our training batches this week

Every week, our trainers, students and career-support team work through a combination of classroom learning, practical training and career preparation.

3. What Students Told Us This Week

Student feedback this week included both positive observations about the training experience and suggestions for improvement. We believe both are important because useful feedback should help improve the learning experience, not only serve as a testimonial.

What students appreciated

  • A Power BI student said the classes were easy to understand and that the trainer’s explanations were clear.

What students asked us to improve

  • One student requested dedicated interview-preparation sessions and mock interviews.
  • An AWS & DevOps student suggested increasing the session duration from one hour to 1.5 hours.

These comments are included as examples of the feedback received during the week. They should not be interpreted as representing every student’s experience.

4. Career Activity This Week

Career-support activity during the week included interview coordination and candidate referrals for opportunities with CIEL Company. The recorded roles included React Native, .NET, Angular, API, Support and QC positions.

These activities represent interview/referral support and should not be described as placements unless a candidate’s final selection and employment are separately verified.

5. What This Weekly Update Tells Us

A weekly classroom update gives students and prospective learners a clearer picture of what training looks like in practice: new batches starting, different technology programs running, feedback coming directly from students, and career-support activity taking place alongside training.

At Ascent, our approach is built around practical training, focused batches and individual attention. The weekly updates will help us document that experience through real classroom activity and student voice.

6. Next Week

This section will be updated using the following week’s trainer inputs. It will cover the topics students worked on, practical activities, common learning challenges and any notable classroom developments.
